Hydrate Me Rosewater Silk Spray combines the softening effect of rosewater with the hydrating properties of coconut water. Rosewater - High in vitamins A, B3, C, and E, rosewater is a mild astringent that prevents excess oil and provides hydration to hair strands and scalp.
