Shipping Policy
Shipping information
Free shipping on orders $50.00 or more. Please allow 2-4 business days for Jaycee Naturals® to process and ship your order.
We ship via UPS or USPS Ground Advantage, and the shipping time is 3-5 days from the date the item ships.
We process and ship Monday through Friday and are closed on Saturdays, Sundays, and national holidays.
We do not currently offer international shipping.
Canceling an Order
You may cancel an order before it ships from our facility.

Returns and Exchanges
Once an order has shipped from our facility, we do not accept cancellation, return, or exchange requests.
Damaged or Defective Shipments and/or Products
Please inspect your shipment upon arrival.
Orders damaged during shipment must have a claim filed with USPS before resolution can proceed.
If the damage to the product has broken the seal or made it unusable, please email contact@jayceenaturals.com.
Please follow the instructions for your email:
- Include the order number in the subject line of the email.
- In the body of the email, please describe in detail the damage to the product.
- Please include clear images of the damage to the product.
Once we receive your email, a member of our team will contact you within 48 business hours.
Lost/Stolen Packages
Please ensure a safe place for your packages to be delivered.
We also recommend that you double-check your shipping address. If your address is incorrect and the shipment has been returned to us, you will be responsible for any re-shipping charges.
Once an order has shipped from our facility, Jaycee Naturals® is no longer responsible for that shipment.
All orders include a tracking number for your convenience and to confirm shipment.
Please contact the carrier for any information regarding the delivery. Have your tracking number available to provide to the carrier to assist with the investigation.
If your package has been lost/stolen, please file a claim with the carrier listed on your shipping notification.
