Several products in our product line would suit your hair texture. Please be sure to read the descriptions of our products.
What is the difference between Soften Me and Moisturize Me?
Soften Me is a non-water-based creamy hair butter that leaves your hair super soft and moisturized for days. Moisturize Me is a water-based hair cream that can be used daily as a moisturizer.
What is the L.O.C. method?
The L.O.C method consists of layering three products in the following order: liquid, oil, and cream. Some prefer the L.C.O. method, which simply changes the order to liquid, cream, and oil. We offer several products suitable for the L.O.C. and L.C.O. methods.
What do I do if I have an allergic reaction to your product?
We recommend discontinuing use immediately and visiting your primary physician to determine which ingredient is causing your allergy.

Where can I find and purchase your products?

Our standard handling time is up to 3 days. Typically, orders will ship within 48 hours.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes. We offer free shipping on orders over $50.
Do you offer expedited shipping?

Do you accept returns?
We cannot accept returns once the order has shipped and a tracking number has been provided. If the order has not yet shipped, we can cancel your order and issue a full refund.

My order never arrived. Now what?
Once we have shipped the order and provided a tracking number, we can no longer control what happens to the package. We recommend that you track the package and contact the postal office.
Do you ship internationally?
We do not ship internationally at this time. Our shipping is limited to the United States.
